Key Skill – Basic Knowledge of Instrumentation & Automation Products, Tender Portal Knowledge, Basic Computer, ERP, MS Office Knowledge.

  • Generate business through inbound product introduction calls and emails
  • Responsible for digital marketing activity, including mailers, cold calls, social media posts, etc.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quote, tender documents, and customer follow-ups for order booking.
  • Follow up with the customer for all their queries before and after ordering.
  • Booked orders, Payment follow-ups, and updates with accounts.
  • Provide pricing and product details to salespersons and all backend support to generate business.
  • Service Request mail received on the sales mail is assigned to the service team and tracking status.
  • Tender bidding of self-generated leads assigned by GM.
  • Vendor registration documents and updates.
  • Daily tenders search, Status tracking, and updates.
  • Market research analysis and submit the report every Monday; also, guide the sales engineer for the next action plan and help to improve the activities.
  • Daily ERP update from lead to sales order update and payment tracking. Teams drive updates.
